Welcome to Doodtacular! We’re committed to providing a smooth, honest, and enjoyable experience for every collector and customer. Please review our store policies below before making a purchase.

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • You received the wrong item

If either of these apply, please contact us at DoodtacularMedia@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

 

📦 Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (based on size/value)

  • Tracking: All orders come with tracking

  • Insurance: High-value orders are insured at our discretion

  • Local Pickup: Available at card shows we attend (must be pre-arranged)

🧾 Card Condition/Authenticity

For raw (ungraded) cards:

  • All conditions are estimated and described as accurately as possible (e.g., NM, LP)

  • We do not guarantee PSA/BGS/CGC grades on raw cards

All slabbed cards are verified and authenticated by their respective grading company (PSA, CGC, BGS, etc.)

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • Shop Pay

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Payment is due at the time of checkout. No holds without payment.

 

🔒 Privacy & Security

Your information is kept private and secure. We never sell or share your data. Payments are processed securely through our e-commerce platform.

⚖️ Sales Tax

Florida residents are subject to state and local sales tax, which will be automatically calculated at checkout.
