How can I track my order?After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the link or enter the code on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?We typically process orders within 48 hours. If you need to make changes, email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee modifications once the order ships.

Do you buy or trade cards?Yes! If you’re interested in selling or trading your collection, contact us via support@doodtacular.com or visit us at a local card show!

Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming sets?Yes! Pre-ordered items will have an estimated release date. Note that manufacturers or distributors may change release dates. If a significant delay occurs, we’ll contact you with options.

Do you ship internationally?No, we do not currently ship outside of the United States of America. All international orders will be cancelled.

How can I be sure your cards and products are authentic?All of our products are sourced from reputable suppliers. We carefully inspect every graded slab and raw single before listing to ensure authenticity. If you ever have concerns, please reach out.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?Contact us within 48 hours, including photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We’ll work with you to find the best resolution, whether that’s a replacement (if available) or a refund for that specific issue.
